Settlement Reached to End Permanent Solitary Confinement for People Sentenced to Death in Pennsylvania
HARRISBURG - The American Civil Liberties Union, the ACLU of Pennsylvania, the Abolitionist Law Center, and counsel Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and Kairys, Rudovsky, Messing, Feinberg & Lin LLP announced a settlement today in a class action lawsuit against the state’s Department of Corrections.
