The Department of State has refused to share with the ACLU information about how Pennsylvania intends to purge voters identified as potential duplicates by the Interstate Crosscheck Voter Registration Program.

On March 25, 2014, Witold Walczak, Legal Director of the ACLU of Pennsylvania, sent a letter to Carol Aichele, Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of State and Kathleen Kane, Pennsylvania's Attorney General, requesting a meeting to discuss how the Commonwealth plans to purge voters from registration rolls who are flagged as duplicates by the Interstate Crosscheck Voter Registration Program.
