This 3-part virtual lunchtime series will explore how Pennsylvania’s public defense system works, what effective and ethical representation requires, and how modern public defense models are changing the way lawyers represent clients. The programs are open to legislators, legislative staff, attorneys, advocates, students, community members, and the general public. Free CLE credit will be available for attorneys.
