On Friday, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania affirmed the lower court’s decision that the Washington County Board of Elections must inform voters if they have made a disqualifying error on their mail ballot packets.

HARRISBURG - The American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania and the law firm Dechert LLP filed a state lawsuit today arguing that the pending Marsy’s Law ballot question is unconstitutional because it combines many changes into a single amendment.
