ICE at Airports

On March 23, 2026, the Trump administration deployed ICE agents to 14 airports across the country, including Philadelphia and Pittsburgh international airports. This move puts innocent travelers in the crosshairs of Trump’s political power struggle with Congress, as he seeks to exploit the partial shutdown to force through the dangerous SAVE America Act that will disenfranchise millions of voters.

Below you will find information about your rights while traveling. But you should also understand your general rights when interacting with police and immigration agents, in case you are questioned at the airport about your immigration status when not passing through customs.
