Criminal Justice Reform in Pennsylvania and Montgomery County

The Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the ACLU of Pennsylvania invites you to a talk on the Criminal Justice Reform in Pennsylvania and Montgomery County. Please join Nick Pressley, the ACLU-PA’s director of the Campaign for Smart Justice, for a discussion about how we can work together to create a justice system that is fair and accountable.

Topics will include:

  • Ending cash bail

  • Holding prosecutors accountable

  • Reforming probation and parole

  • Sentencing reform

  • Stopping attempts by the state legislature to reinstate mandatory minimums

When: January 23 from 6:30-8:00 pm
