Hearing: Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing | Resentencing Guidelines

On August 18th and 20th, 2020, the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing scheduled two days of hearings to solicit public comment in response to a proposed amendment to the Resentencing Guidelines. The amendment primarily addresses the repeal of county and state intermediate punishment under Act 115 of 2019 and considers time served for the purposes of resentencing. On August 20, 2020 the ACLU–PA offered testimony before the Commission on this proposed amendment.
