HB 741 | Mandatory minimum sentencing

Pennsylvania’s use of mandatory minimum sentences was invalidated in 2015 after the process by which they were applied was ruled unconstitutional. House Bill 741 would reinstate PA's mandatory minimum sentencing scheme with the constitutionally appropriate process.
