Summary

Join us for our all-member webinar on Thursday, October 23, at 12 p.m. for a conversation with ACLU-PA as we take a look at our work around freedom of speech on college campuses.

We will have an insightful discussion on the challenges and opportunities surrounding First Amendment rights on college campuses, as they explore our recent case, SJP v. University of Pittsburgh, which highlights these issues in action. In this case, the ACLU of Pennsylvania argues that both the non-disruptive library protest and the open advocacy letter are free speech protected by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
