PA Commission on Sentencing: Public hearing on proposed 8th edition Sentencing Guidelines

As part of the process of updating PA's sentencing guidelines to its 8th edition, the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing scheduled six public hearings to hear testimony and feedback on its working draft of proposed changes to the guidelines. The working draft of the sentencing guidelines proposals were published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, Vol 52, No. 4, January 22, 2022.
Andrew Christy, Criminal Justice and Poverty Attorney, testified on behalf of the ACLU of Pennsylvania.
