ACLU-PA Sues U. of Pittsburgh Over Student Group Suspension
The ACLU of Pennsylvania has filed a lawsuit against the University of Pittsburgh over the school's suspension of its Students for Justice in Palestine chapter in apparent retaliation for criticisms that the group made of the university.
The American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania have sent a letter of concern to the Luzerne County Council about the lack of funding and resources in the Office of Public Defender (OPD).
