A federal appeals court has ruled that mail ballots with a mistaken or missing handwritten date on the outer return envelope can be disqualified.
Judge Kaiser's district, 5-2-18, includes Baldwin Borough and Brentwood Borough.
To date, Judge Kaiser has not responded to the ACLU-PA questionnaire.
