The ACLU of Pennsylvania is representing two Temple University students who are facing disciplinary action from the university for their participation in a demonstration opposing Israel's occupation of Palestinian lands and its military assault in Gaza.

ACLU-PA sent a letter of concern regarding the chilling of students' First Amendment rights to Temple administrators ahead of the scheduled disciplinary proceedings.
Freedom of Speech In Challenging Times
The ACLU of Pennsylvania categorically condemns threats of violence, as well as bigotry directed at any group. We also stand, as we always have, on the side of free and unfettered political speech, even when that speech seems intolerable to some.
