Pennsylvania-based organizations, community leaders, and TLGBQ+ supporters are set to lobby the Pennsylvania Senate on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, to demand that they pass the PA Fairness Act, now.

House Bill 300 and Senate Bill 150 are two bills that would provide comprehensive nondiscrimination protections for Pennsylvanians who face a high rate of discrimination based on their gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation or perception thereof.
