Summary: This bill will block Pennsylvania's participation in the federal Real ID Act until a) the Department of Homeland Security implements safeguards to protect Pennsylvanians' "economic privacy"; b) DHS implements safeguards that "will not compromise the....biometric data" of Pennsylvanians; and c) The federal government fully funds Real ID
