Make your voice heard! If you want to know what your phone company has been doing with your personal and calling information, tell the Public Untilities Commission. To file an informal complaint with the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission, call the complaint hotline toll free number at 1-800-782-1110 or go to http://www.puc.state.pa.us/general/informal_complaint_form.aspx. If you contact your telephone company first and are not satisfied with the information you receive, you can use this number or this form to file what the PUC calls an "informal complaint". If you do not contact your telephone company first, you can still ask that your comment be recorded.
