Trial Information

Attending the trial

The trial will be held in courtroom # 2 on the ninth floor of the Ronald Reagan Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 228 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA 17108

General Public

Only 40 seats are available for public seating in the courtroom. Seating passes will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis on the 9th floor, beginning sixty 60 minutes before the start of the trial and must be seated within 15 minutes of the beginning of court.

Media

Members of the media must contact Gary L. Hollinger, Chief Deputy Clerk by phone (717-221-3950) or e-mail to be placed on a list for seating assignment. There are approximately 40 seats available for media seating in the courtroom.

Trial schedule

The trial is scheduled to begin with opening statements at 9:00 a.m., September 26, 2005 and is expected to last five weeks.
