The ACLU of Pennsylvania invites you to attend a reception and dinner to celebrate the accomplishments of David Rudovsky, recipient of the inaugural Keystone of Civil Liberties Award.

5:30 p.m. Welcome reception in Benjamin Franklin Auditorium

6:15 p.m. Opening remarks

6:25 p.m. Presentation of the Keystone of Civil Liberties Award

6:30 p.m. Keynote Address by David Rudovsky:

"Civil Liberties Challenges in the 21st Century: Old Wine in New Bottles"

7:00 Dinner

7:45 Dessert and coffee

* A private tour of the American Philosophical Society's Library Hall from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. that will include personal views of Thomas Jefferson's manuscript draft of the Declaration of Independence, Benjamin Franklin's annotated copy of the first printing of the Constitution and other treasures of American history.

** The Founders Reception is a private champagne and music reception from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. featuring constitutional conversations with ACLU attorneys and founding father Benjamin Franklin.
