They can't tell your parents without your permission. You can get birth control for free, or for very little money, at the clinic. My high school wants to start a program where they hand out condoms to students in our health resource centers. Can they do that?Yes. In Pennsylvania, condoms can be distributed at schools if the program is voluntary, parents are told about it ahead of time, and if they can refuse to let their child participate.
