The Greater Philadelphia Chapter includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.


  • The Dupree Dream - Saturday, April 26, 2 p.m - Philadelphia
    The ACLU-PA is co-sponsoring The Dupree Dream, an open studio event at James Dupree's studio before the city potentially tears it down.
  • Out with the Soul - Saturday, May 10, 6 p.m. Philadelphia
    Awareness initiatives for the night will include: Rally towels distributed throughout the seating bowl designed to display LGBT rainbow colors, Soul players' and coaches' uniforms will prominently display the LGBT rainbow colors, The Philadelphia Gay Men's Chorus will perform the national anthem, the Greater Philadelphia Flag Football League will play an exhibition game on the Soul field during pregame, on-field presentations, special guests and more.

Election of Board of Directors

Philadelphia Chapter board members are elected to four-year terms. Roughly half the board is elected every two years. Board members are elected by the ACLU members present at the chapter's annual meeting. The 2014 annual meeting will be held on Thursday, April 17, at Moore College of Art.
